(Headquarters: in Japan, hereafter NRI), being the founders, we, on 1 June 2011 in Shanghai
China, established “ASIA PACIFIC LOW CARBON & SMART CITY DEVELOPMENT
PARTNERSHIP” which is a business group to proactively support, in the realization process of
